Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Before starting, we perform professional testing to determine the type of fabric on your furniture. This helps determine the cleaning solutions and techniques we will be using on your fabrics. We'll also point out any potential permanent stains or areas of concern.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuuming
We perform a thorough vacuum before cleaning. This step makes our low moisture cleaning system more effective.

Step 3: Pre-Treating
Depending on your fabric, a cleaning solution formulated, recommended and approved by the IICRC for your fabric type and the soiling condition will be applied to 'emulsify' the soil.

Step 4: Pre-Grooming
We use soft bristle brushes to gently agitate and loosen the soil on the fabric.

Step 5: Soil Extraction and Rinse
Your upholstery is cleansed with our specialty low moisture extraction upholstery tool.

Step 6: Post Cleaning Inspection
Last, we review the cleaning results with you to insure your expectations have been met or exceeded. We will leave your upholstery feeling soft and smelling fresh. Typical dry time is 1-2 hours.
